Introduction
Rapid Köthen Sheet Machine Automatic is a kind of experimental equipment that uses the Rapid Köthen method to form paper pulp and perform fast vacuum drying. In the laboratory, after cooking, beating, and sieving various fibers such as plants and minerals, the slurry is subjected to standard decomposing, and then put into a forming cylinder, and after stirring, it is quickly extracted and formed to obtain a round sheet with a diameter of 200mm. The material is then vacuum dried on the drying part of the instrument, and the obtained sheet can be used as a paper sample for further physical testing.

Principle
First, pour water into the molding bucket. When the filling level reaches the 4 l mark, add slurry. At the 7 l mark, the water supply stopped and the slurry began to be evenly dispersed. After the suspension settles, it can start to drain and form test pieces on the sieve. In order to obtain the required strength, it needs to be sucked dry briefly with a vacuum.Then the molding bucket is opened, the sheet is covered with a carrier cardboard and drained. After knocking off, it is provided with a cover sheet and placed in the dryer. There it is dried in the preset time (5 - 6 minutes). After drying, the cardboard backing and cover sheet are peeled off.
